Hi guys, as part of the HSE/PHECC campaign , St John Ambulance Cabinteely is hosting a night aimed at showing the public how to perform hands only CPR.

It's better to know CPR and never have to use it instead of vice versa !

Good skill to have. There is lots of talk about defribrillators but C.P.R. is vital if waiting for an ambulance and no defibrillator is available

Only saw this now, too late. I have been trained in CPR but honestly I think there should be refresher courses more often than every five years. Are there any more planned by St. John's Ambulance does anyone know?
