    Hi there,

    Following the outage yesterday, coming back this morning at 10am the water pressure in my tenants apartment is still off. I'm told it can take a few hours to return to normal, but is there anything I need to do or should do in the apartment as well.

    Thanks

    Thank you for getting in touch and we're sorry to hear to hear that your tenants are affected by this.

    If there is reduced pressure to the cold kitchen tap on the ground floor, can you please confirm the following details by PM and a member of our team will look into this?

    - Name;
    - Contact number;
    - Full address, including Eircode; and
    - If the neighbours are affected?

    Thanks,
    Daniel
