Hey guys, I bought a Philips pus6703 off ye a while back and I'm after running into a small problem.
Ive just changed my internet provider and with the change I now can't get any of the apps like Netflix and YouTube to work.
The TV seems to say it's connected to the router but not the internet.

Ive rang the internet provider and they say it's a tv issue, with that I've made sure the firmware is updated tried unplugging the  TV and leaving it for a bit, bar a factory reset I'm not sure what to do. If you have any ideas on changing settings
I'm all ears. Any help would be much appreciated. Steve

    Hi steviebg,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV. Have you got a new reuter and if so I would recommend doing a factory reset and setting up your wifi settings from scratch. This should forget your old network settings and connect you to the new network. It sound so me like an internet issue to be honest as it's finding the router but the internet is not working.

Let me know how you get on with a reset and we can go from there.

    Kind regards

    David
