Vodafone mobile app not working

    we moved into a house and i got Vodafone's 1gbit internet broadband only service. not because i need it, but because they "don't have the infrastructure for 100mbit"

    aha, bull****, but whatever.

    more everything is set up, my PlayStation is getting 130-150 mbjt, on my phone in getting 30mbit at best when in standing literally next to the modem. the technician showed me around 900 on his laptop on speedtest.net after setting it up. ok. whatever.

    my issue is, I'm have a login on their my Vodafone website. works just fine.

    so i figure, might as well download their my Vodafone app for Android.

    however, it's just not logging into the app. on the app it keeps saying "incorrect password". while it works fine on their website through the browser.

    what's going on here? contacted their chat service multiple times, ask they want to do is reset my password. did that a couple times, doesn't help.

    what do i do? anyone faced the same issue? how to solve it?
