Hi, If your District court hearing was in Meath for a family civil matter and you want to appeal it to the circuit court. Do you have to appeal it to the circuit court in Trim or can you appeal to have the hearing in Dublin. What if you lived in Meath at the time of the District court case but you have moved to a different county and want to have the hearing in the county you live in?

The best thing to do is to speak to the District Court Clerk / Office.
Whilst not giving you legal advice they will point you in the right direction.
