I got a guy to insulate my attic. Said he would get a cert organised afterwards re the work. That was 6 months ago. Is there a body I can report him to? Insulation job looks questionable to say the least. He clearly had no intention of ever arranging cert re works. Lack of cert really frustrates me

What kind of cert was promised / were you hoping for?

Does he have a website? / an affiliation with some sort of standards body? NSAI etc

Look up the NSAI website for approved BER assessors.

If he got the grant then ber must be provided

    .
Is the grant paid to the home owner or the installer? I don't know
