Looking at joining gym. I’m looking for a good gym with a pool. Price per month in gym plus is €50 per month. Do people think that’s too much or what?

    Anyone use this gym ?

I pay nearly 50 p/m and it's money well spent to me. There are cheaper gyms from the one I’m in, but it's not convenient. Better off paying €50p/m for a gym that I use, rather than €30 p/m for one that I don't.

Pay up and try it out - cancel if you don't like it. I’m sure they do free pass why dont you try before you buy.

Is €1.70 a day really that much? you could drop €50 on a meal and a few drinks, some tickets for a show etc... If you use the gym 3 times a week that's roughly €4 a visit. Cheaper than a pint, a bit more than a fancy coffee, around the price of a chicken fillet roll.

There was a guy murdered outside Gym Plus swords recently, not sure what that says about the clientele https://www.rte.ie/news/2019/0117/1023930-shooting-north-dublin/ though similar happened at a gym I went to years back, it never put me off going and never had any hassle.
