Hazelwood deposit

Has anyone had problems getting their deposit back from Hazelwood last year? My son hasn’t got his- they keep sending ridiculous emails saying they were keeping it because he was staying again this year ðŸ˜¡ He got campus accomodation for this year as soon as it was released so he was never going back. Surely they can’t do…

Has anyone had problems getting their deposit back from Hazelwood last year?

He got campus accomodation for this year as soon as it was released so he was never going back.
Surely they can’t do this, he never applied to stay there this year.
