Not in Dublin but Calcul is the distributor for Citizen. I always send my diving watch to them for battery replacement & pressure test.

As Jimmy said, Calcul are the service agents for Citizen in Ireland.
They are spot on, great service and quick turnaround.
However depending on what you need doing, a jeweller local to you could be a better option.

If its just a battery change and pressure test, I'd stay local.
