Tax compliant on rental income

    Quick query. If one had to move for work and then let out their property and then a year later wanted to purchase a new house, would you need to be tax compliant inorder to get another mortgage?

    Na you just need to be tax compliant because tax evasion is against the law strangely enough! The mortgage wouldn’t be my first worry...
