try shazam it...might work,if not you have a lot of googling to do..i wouldnt be huge patti fan but i do know its not one of her well know stuff.so probaly not on albums...your looking for a bootleg by sounds of it.maybe be on a dylan bootleg album.their 9 i think bootleg series.goes from 1960s- present day ish

No, it was an improvisation session, made up more or less on the spot as they went along, there might be a live bootleg (I'm not aware myself) but if so it's only of this performance as it wouldn't have been done a second time and not recorded in a studio.
