Virgin media double charging

This is a heads-up guys. I've just been double charged by Virgin media, for the second time. The first time, which I only recently realised, was a year or so ago and I didn't check, just paid it. This time I checked, and sure enough I had paid last month which they claim I didn't.

If this happens a third time, this is deliberate without a doubt, imagine the millions they'd be making if they can cheat me out of €122, just one individual.

It is not a deliberate act. If anything it's a screw up with their billing system. Unless it is pointed out to them they won't be able to fix it. I've said this before. it is up to the consumer to take control of their finances and to make sure they are being billed correctly.
