Has anyone went from carers allowance to Back to work enterprise allowance? I am currently trying to do this but can't get my carers payment that is with carers department in Longford transfered to the social welfare office in my area to process my application. It has been suggested that I transfer from carers to jobseekers allowance to make the process easier but my carers payment is higher than jobseekers and you are meant to continue receiving the payment you are currently on when starting BTWE. IF anyone has ever done this or knows anything that can help me I would be very grateful.
