Does anyone know what the cut off date is this year for applying for Fuel Allowance to be changed from weekly payments to two lump sums?

I cannot find any information online and cannot get through to either Social Protection or Citizens Information on the phone.

Just send in the form asap.

DEASP website simply states that if you apply for the Fuel Allowance after the start of the heating season (in October) then the allowance will not be backdated.
