Hi, Is there a method of finding out about a high Court Case. That is its judgement, out come etc... via the internet out by other means. I only know the case title and Judges name but not the case number. Regards

74.On the 24th July, 2019,
the Court was informed that all matters ventilated before this Court had been ventilated before the Commissioner and no remittal was required.

So does anyone know where this stands ?
Is VAT charged by NCPS on private property declamping fees ?
