Nissan connect app for Leaf

Hi,
I am trying to get Nissan connect app setup.
It appears that the TCU needs to be reset.
I got my car in the UK so I will need to go to a local Nissan dealer (Im in Maynooth) to do this - has anyone experience with this? Do they charge?
Or can it be done with Leafspy? (I might get it if so)

Also the main reason I want the app is to track location using the cars GPS. However, I read somewhere that the app no longer shows the cars location. Can someone advise if the app allows tracking for car location.
If not, I wont bother with the TCU reset.

This came up fairly recently, if you do a search here you might be able to find it or I’ll have a look when I get to my computer.
Think you can reset it in the car but am not 100% sure.

I can confirm the GPS location feature was removed a month or so ago

Thanks - is there an alternative app to track the car using its GPS?

No, NISSAN have blocked it, there is another App called My Leaf and the location feature no longer works on that either
