Adjusting headlights for driving on continent

I was hoping you might have an 'ask a silly question' thread so I didn’t have to start a thread, so apologies in advance.
I haven’t taken my own car abroad for a number of years and when I did, I bought adaptors to stick on the headlights.
But I’m wondering if newer models of cars have a way of adjusting the dipped beams now, with a switch or something, just like you can lower them if you have extra weight. It’s a Megane IV if that’s relevant.

Mine has it buried in the settings, asking which side of the road you drive on.

Good idea, I never thought of looking in the settings, was thinking something manual!

I believe adjustment may not be required on certain LED headlights.

Think the headlights are Halogen, but not sure

If your car had adaptive lights, or even just multi-beam LED lights, it may not be necessary to do a manual change.

In my previous S40 that had Xenon projectors, you could open the light housing and move a lever which was easy enough. Best to give the dealer a quick phonecall and ask. I'm sure the mechanic would know off the top of their head.

Googled for Mégane 4 gave a result for Kadjar might be a similar arrangement

That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks!
Will investigate under the hood later

Just confirming in case anyone finds this thread, this is the same set up in the Megane, just a twist with a screwdriver is needed.
