Wfp renewal waiting times

Hi my wfp was up for renewal on the 14th of august I got a text from them on the 16th of july to say they had received my forms I havent recievd payment in 3 weeks and wen I rang they gave me no indication as to wen it would be sorted does anyone know the current wait times on renewals[/quote]
