    A "protected structure" presumably?
Are they waiting for it to turn to dust or what? Handy site for future expansion at least if they're allowed knock it.

Most likely a place that has seen horrendous abuse given its history, I say let collapse.

Its been idle for way too long. Best thing to do would be to knock it down, as it is a bit of an eye sore at this stage.

Don't know why it is still around and while it is idle it presents a danger to kids etc. breaking into it.

    Knock the thing.

Exactly, how long before someone gets injured up there and then they'll decide to get rid or do something with it. And all the Councillors will be on board then too.

Only the front part isn't in use but the reminder ie the back and parts you don't see are in use and recently money was spent upgrading parts for office space and demolishing some parts that were not part of the original structure.

There's no money or justification for the amount of expense it would take to do anything with it - get rid and make it safe and ready for development.
