Genuine answer, have you considered neutering the dog? Cheapest option of them all!
Failing that option, concrete H posts and fence panels is probably the cheapest way to do it

Put a fence around part of the yard. you'll find a pen cheap enough. The dog doesn't need the entire length of the garden.

    Clipex fencing.

God, the Years (And heavenly amounts of money!) I've spent on securing my own ground, for my Dogs. Then, I brought in two smaller Dogs, able to go through my fencing like ferrets! :D F*** me! More €100's!!!

Fortunately, OP, there's a dirt cheap stop gap ye can install tomorrow. Chain!

I've kept my stock worriers on chains for Years ~ as I've thrown everything I've had at securing my perimeters. Dog's a lot happier, on a good chain, than locked in doors.

There's a lot more to it that a bit of chain. But, I do believe I still have a photographic tutorial I made for someone, one one of my sticks.

There's also an option of an electrical wire looped around your garden's perimitre that will send a small shock to a collar on your dog if they try to cross it. Personally I think it's a bit cruel but it worked for my neighbour.
