    Hi, I lost me result sheet of my provisional license theory test and they wont accept the email version in the NDLS. Done it out in Blanchardstown and cant seem to get a phone number for that centre?

    How can I get me hands on an original copy of me results.

    You can request a duplicate of your Driver Theory Test certificate by calling 1890 606 106 (Lo-call rate) to speak to our Candidate Service Team who are available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM (excluding public holidays).

    You will be asked to provide personal and test details, such as your name, address, date of birth and test confirmation number (provided in the confirmation email/letter you received for your test).

    Please note that a fee of €15.00 is payable for this process. Acceptable payment methods are: Mastercard or Visa Credit/Debit Cards.
