Medical negligence

    I visited a doctor quite sometime ago, I told him I was suffering from what I believe to be sleep apnea, in his medical report, he failed to mention these symptoms.I also mentioned suffering from intermittent breathing difficulties, I was diagnosed not to long after with a horrific predisposed genetic disorder, along with a heart condition, would it be possible to sue for negligence. I recently tried attains health insurance, I was then denied, I happen to be in my twenties. I also had a blackout not to long ago after this consultation.

    You need a solicitor. No one is going to advise you on legalities on health issues here.
