Just wondering what your position will be after a no deal brexit.
Will you still be able to deliver the The republic ?
Will there be extra charges for customs and Tariff charges ?

    Hi Dulchie.

    Thanks for the post.

We already have things in place to allow us to carry on as normal with no extra custom charges to our customers.

All 6 year guarantees will also still be covered as normal.

    Dulchie,

Thanks for the post and HOPEFULLY the status will be as Kenny has described - however as with every other business we have no visibility on what will happen to exchange rates / Tariffs / duties post Brexit and we cannot give any firm guarantees in this regard.

    What I can guarantee is:

1: All manufacturers guarantees and any extended warranties will be fully honoured without any additional expense for NI or ROI Customers - we already have the infrastructure in place to ensure this.

2: We will maintain our dual currency offering - we will continue to offer our ROI Customers firm Euro pricing - if there are duty / tariffs etc our € pricing in your basket will be shown inclusive of all duties/ tariffs and delivery charges - we will not allow a situation to arise where additional duties have to be paid to couriers etc - again we are currently putting in the infrastructure online and on the ground to enable us to achieve this. ( Some of you may have noticed that we already have www.richersoundsireland.com in place alongside our legacy richersounds.ie and we intend to maintain both URL's)

3: We will be just as competitive as we already are in both £ and € and we promise to continue to serve all our Customers in ROI and NI.

4: We have already established a legal and physical presence in the ROI and in the event of a hard Brexit it is our plan to extend this presence to continue to serve our ROI Customers - we are completely committed growing our business in the ROI.

5: In an ideal world, common sense will prevail and none of the above will be required - but as with many things that's (way) above my pay grade

Interesting and relevant query and thanks for the post!

There are concerns about the supply of medication. However any person with problems of insomnia need only play back Up for the Match with Des Cahill. You will find yourself nodding off very quickly.

    Edgware,

..we have enough problems ensuring continued supply of AV kit without worrying about medication... thankfully that's way outside our remit..
