    Hi All
My parents house was sold on 13th March by the Solicitor who was also the executor.
On April 12th, they took out house insurance at a cost of €2,550.
They cancelled it on 15th of May and charged the estate €1,338.
    Is this even legal?

Your parents should discuss with the solicitor involved.
