Currently working on a CE scheme and loving it. Started at 58 and nearly 1 year done. However I will be receiving a small pension for a previous job in a couple of months and wonder will I be told leave the scheme? I was recently told I can stay on it for three years - but forgot all about the pension I'll get (works out at about 200euro a week). Also do I have to show financial details each year while on the scheme if over 55 or am I automatically allowed stay on it for the three years?

You can stay on the scheme, the only possible difference might be a little tax on your payment from them due to the pension income, possibly have to fill out a form to tell them this or it might happen automatically via revenue tax credits. This won't effect you staying on the scheme, everyone is reassessed for eligibility at the schemes year end and as you're over 55, assuming you have no previous ce time built up, you should get 3 years no problem. Your supervisor should be able to reassure you of all this if you chat with them
