    Hi all,

Is it possible to be reimbursed by health insurance for a undiagnosed issue that occurred before joining?

I have an ongoing undiagnosed issue for the past number of years that various test have failed to relieve any answer and have all come back all clear. Am I right or wrong in thinking there is no issue present as per medical record that if I wanted to I could be reimbursed for new consultant visits for example?

    Thanks
