Revenue Payment Agreement

Quick Question Regarding Revenue Payments. I have a Revenue Bill in Respect of a Failed Business that I had. This is since 2016 and the Revenue have refused my efforts to settle the debt by way of a Debt Settlement Arrangement. I had not enough money to offer and they opted out. I do not have any assets of substance and in a fairly low paid job.

I have recently taken a second jobs and have started paying two other creditors in the last two week as well in total of €80. I have told the Revenue that I could also pay the amount of €40 per week off the loan until I receive higher wages and agree to negotiate a higher rate at that time with Revenue. I could agree to up to to 250 Per month as a result of my new job.

My job dictates that Bankruptcy is not really an option and I have sought to set up a payment plan to start paying it back.

My question is, "will the fact that I am paying unsecured creditors the same amount as I will be paying them €40.00 each so €120 per week for the Three have a bearing on the Revenue's decision or will they seek for myself to pay them all of this money? One of the Creditors is Credit Union and the Other a Supplier. I am eager to pay the Credit Union as I wish to build my credit history back up and the supplier is a small business who I always wanted to repay and have now started.
