Don’t believe so, solicitor has bought ones for me here over years of own farm on different things and I’ve never been notified

No you don’t get notified. I got maps for ours before and mam never got contacted.

No they dont notify the owner, you can also register to be notifed if there is any change in the registration and they dont notify the owner then either.

No land registry is a public service. Even before it went online you could rock up and buy deeds. You could even post off looking for them. It a public records function like birth and marriage certificate's. Online has only made access easier

Perhaps you can send in a data request, ask who they shared your data with re: fiolio no.
