    Hi

Is it possible to get the 3 month defer on mortgage payments along with Cashback?

    Thanks
    Gary

    Hi Ruaneg,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on Boards.ie.

This is absolutely available and it shouldn't affect the Cashback offer as the mortgage would be drawn-down but the payments would be deferred for 3 months. This needs to be outlined in your mortgage application for approval.

Our mortgage team will be happy to discuss this with you if you'd like call them on 016113333.

    Many thanks,
    Kat

    Hi Kat,

We are close to drawdown, is it still possible at this stage to do this? I was only just made aware of it.

    Cheers
    Gary

    Hi Gary,

Thanks for coming back to us.

Your mortgage application would need to be amended before the draw-down. It would be best to contact our mortgage team asap to see if we can arrange this for you.

    Many thanks,
    Kat
