I have an oil condensing boiler can it be set to only heat the water in the tank?

If I want hot water when I turn it on it’s heating the rads also

Is there a easy way off doing this?

Would it not be easy to just go to each radiator and turn each of them off at their control valve?
Or is there not a thermostat on a wall in the living room or hallway that if you turn it down switches off all the radiators?

Post a pic of your hot press. Show us as much as you possibly can

Going around 19 rads and turning them off every time you want hat water not sure about that.

I do have switches on the walls to turn bed rooms off and living place but if I keep them 2 off the oil boiler will not come on.

Here a picture off the set up in the oil room.

I do have a stove also that heats the rads as well

The system has zoning, but maybe its not wired correctly or has a zone valve missing off the hot water circuit.
Do you have a third Myson zone valve like the ones in the picture, maybe in the hotpress?
If you do then maybe its faulty and needs replacing as the auxiliary switching in that model tends to be problematic as they get older.

If this is a new problem it's most likely an issue with the Myson zone valve at the cylinder.
They can give trouble on the auxiliary switching.
It can easily be checked using a multimeter before any money is spent, but you need to be reasonably competent with electrics so as not to harm yourself.
Otherwise get someone in to look at it for you. If they bring a spare one with them, and thats the problem, they will be finished within an hour.

Thanks I’ll have someone look at it. So would you say by looking at it I’m set up for it?

It’s always been like this when I bought the house you would turn the switch on but the boiler will not come on.

When the switch is on I went up to have a look at the tank and the red light is on in the valve so it is getting power I think.

And the valve seems to be open when you slide the button at the side across

Yes, 3 zone valves should equal two separate heating areas, plus hot water.
I've come across this problem many times, especially with the myson type that you have.
If it's wired correctly it should be straightforward enough.
