Only problem with that design is getting liners to fit it.

Bought this last year at full price and wouldn’t be without it. Big enough to fit a lot and small enough that it fits in neatly on worktop. Absolute bargain at this price. Never had a problem with liners? Filters need replacing every 4-5 months in my experience.

Are there any compatible liners, or are Joseph Joseph the only ones that fit do you know?
I can't see any other 4L bags on amazon or here

5L bags could probably fit. They're half the price or less of the Joseph Joseph bags. Or would they be far too big?

In what way?

This design allows to use any bag while keeping the excess bag tidy. Usually with most other types the bag sticks out over the top and looks messy.

On hols at mo so can’t check but I’ve used the Killeen 12L bags previously and just tucked any excess in using the little opening at back. Any smallish generic compostable bags should suffice tbh. Would never use the branded JJ bags, but have bought the JJ filters.

I've never used nor heard of these before. I'm brutal for separating waste but plan a big improvement on that when I move to a new house next week.
What makes these such a life saver?

Just use an airtight lunch box.

No bags, no filters.

I thought this might help with summer flies but comments say no so waste of money.
