Oops I meant to dispose of this in a large body of water.

Have two. One with work stuff. Laptop, charger, paperwork, USB stuff, pens etc.

Another I keep in the boot of my car with change of clothes, socks & underwear, rain coat, walking shoes, torch, couple of water bottles, snacks, deodorant, wetwipes, cheap battery shaver, lightweight blanket, battery radio, powerpack for my phone, book. Basically it's an overnight bag in case I get stuck somewhere (e.g. the office) and have to spend the night. Had to take stupid risks to get home in snow and hurricane over the last couple of years. So I decided if at all possible next time I'll just stay where I am and wait until it is safe to travel.

Backpack or bag in the header. We don't mind if you want to throw a few tampons in your backpack.

I always leave the house without packing a severed head, I'll have to set a reminder on my phone.

You plump your poo like a cushion? Does it make it fluffier or just smellier?

    Plumbing*

Actually a serious problem. I've had no running water in bathroom sink or from cistern in toilet for about ten days. Been using a potty but not ideal as you can imagine, as it necessitates washing excrement down kitchen sink :(

Hopefully sorted on Saturday with plumber.

The bin might be a better choice than the kitchen sink, or bury it in the garden.

You'd have better conditions on the inside. Why don't you sluse it like inmates refused to do few years ago?

    And back on thread.
I'll pack a bag with some of the things ye are carrying and drag it around tomorrow see does any of it come in handy.

My outdoor bag has a Swiss Army knife, a survival blanket, Anadin, basic fishing gear, 20M of paracord, some chocolate and loads of plastic bags. Where I carry it, it's more than enough for a day or two survival.

Other than that, when I'm going out to the pub, the only check I do is this pat-down..... "Phone, fags, lighter, wallet, darts".

The great outdoors works better than the sink..;) Trust me......Good for the garden too

The only time I carry any kind of bag is when I walk to the Church out here to clean etc... Then, flowers, bottle of water, polish, cloth, pens and card for the info table,... and chocolate for me..

In the far away days when I went over to the mainland, no handbag etc but my purse round my neck, safe from being mislaid, and just money and cards in there. Car keys in my hand then. Only mislaid them once in dozens of years.
