fuel allowance lump sums

    Just curious about people who get a fuel allowance lump sum. If they start working or their means change what happens to that lump sum - are they meant to pay it back? I don't think it's a very wise option to be honest :/

    No they don’t have to pay it back. You get the first half in October. If you get a job the next day then that’s fine. You just won’t get the next half in January .
