Cant get or order an up to date statement for loan

    Hi all,

    i am trying to order an up to date statement for a loan account on my 365 - it only appears to allow this for My current account. 
    This is for a mortgage submission. 
    Will I have to call to request this?

    Hi BornIn84,

    Thank you for reaching out to us here on Boards.ie.

    As long as the loan account is available to view on your Banking 365 profile, you can absolutely request an up to date statement.

    To do this, please log into 365 Online Banking through the web browser on your phone/PC and go to Service Desk. From here you should see "order a statement". Once you select to order an up-to-date statement, you can select the loan account.

    This takes 1 working day to become available on your Online profile.
