Waiting times with myaccount

    So I sent in a form 26 working days ago via myenquiries. All the forms filled out correctly. I looked up their waiting times, and it says 20 working days, upto 25 working days at peak times for a response. I haven't had a response yet though, should I ring, or is it typical for response times to be later than advertised?

    What form did you submit via my enquiries? Also between the traditional busy time for holidays and the still bedding down phase of the reorganisation of Revenue; waiting times would be a bit longer than normal.

    Car Expenses and Capital allowances, I couldn't see the option through myaccount under the list of normal reliefs. It is not overly complicated, it was more I have never sent it in before and normally, other items i send in are dealt with in a few days.
