Pick up new EV this week. I drive around 50k PA and will be traveling mostly Ireland but with frequent trip to UK incl Scotland.
Can you give me your top list for EV apps accounts to get me round.

or is there a good resource you can point me at?

    UK

I understand Ecotricity essential for motorways. etc,.

    Regards

You need to say what car it is.
e.g. If its a Leaf you cant use Ionity.

I'm doing my research on travelling back accross the UK with an E-Golf, (can't justify the cost of one here). Electric Highway gets mentioned a lot on UK forums but is supposed to be notoriously unreliable.

Polar Instant seems a much better option, newer chargers and all seem to be working but they are fairly spread out. You can create an account here and add money to it and use an app to charge which rules out the need to order a swipe card. Kind of a pay as you go option. They are cheaper than Electric Highway as well.

I've downloaded Zap-Map and have my route planned out on it.

Now to just grow a pair and tell the bank to transfer the money and away I go!!! Never had a car loan like this before!!!

Should you not have researched this before purchasing?

    Plugsurfing and Maingau.

You'll even find some free chargers with Chargemap.
