Concrete basement

Is it possible to pour a concrete subfloor and walls together to form a sealed box. I’m looking to build a basement and wondering if the floor can be poured along with the walls so it forms one complete box seal, I will tank the ground before floor is poured and then tank up the walls. Size will be 6mts by 6mts. Thanks all

It would be very difficult to pour floor and walls together.
Generally, a proprietary pvc waterbar is installed in the concrete floor along the lines of the walls.
The walls are then poured later. The waterbar is cast into both the floor and the walls and stops water movement across the joint between the floor and walls.
