    Hi all,

    We got a new fibre connection just over a week ago and we've already had an issue.
    Chances are it's due to the inclement weather over the last couple of days and hopefully not a recurring theme.

    I'm still in the 14 day cooling off period so can still cancel the contract.

    Have others had ongoing issues?
