Canceled car insurance 3 weeks ago ,on the "14 day cooling off period" still haven't received payment back... After calling into their office 3 times, they keep saying cheque will be in the post by Wednesday.... I know I've lost admission fees for canceling but I'm worried that I'll still be charged for the delay on their end, will they charge me for?

Have you returned your disc and cert?

I didn't have the disk when I called in to cancel, went home and got it and returned it the same day.

What cert do you mean, Ted?

    Insurance cert.
The disc is attached to this

The one the disc is attached too. They may be waiting for this before they return money.

Some people sign up to insurance policies , pay the first month and then cancel. That way they have a disc and a cert to pretend they have an active policy.
