    Hey all,
First time poster here as i feel that i need to start somewhere, so really any advice appreciated. To begin with i know a good and balanced diet comes hand in hand with exercise. I thought that i had a rather active lifestyle as my work is field based with some manual labor involved so its not that i am sitting all day...I knew i was overweight but never new by how much, well surprise, surprise according to BMI i am borderline obese, something needs to change.
I tried the gym a few years back, but as i was doing it on my own, get up and go faded after a few months. So my question would be anyone would advise on gyms with good personal trainers? I am based in Sandyford and do drive so no problem even if the gym in question is a bit further away. I had a look at Educogym, RAW (booked for gym tour),Ben Dunne, Bhaf (still waiting for reply) and gym plus in Nutgrove. Anyone are attending them and as mentioned would recommend someone over there?
