    Hi all

Change of address and 2 kids added in last few years. Need to get 2 renewed and 2 added. It seems we need to call in to get them. what's needed? Form filled and Passport and proof of address etc? I've tried calling them but they are only open 3-4 hours a day and never answer their phone

    Cheers

In Thurles you just fill in the form and drop it into the Health Centre and the cards will be out in a couple of weeks. No need for proof of anything.
Call into your local health centre today and see what they say.
If your traveling soon then you can get a temporary thing to cover you.
Don’t say E111 or they won’t know what you mean. Say EHIC.
