    Hi,
I completed the online form asking for a call back this week. I received a text telling me someone would call Tuesday at 1030 but no one did?

Essentially I have 2 queries about an existing mortgage I have with you.

1 - I need to get statements for the last 12 months, how do I do this, is there an online portal? (I am a mortgage only customer)

2 - I have a fixed rate term with 1.75 years remaining. How do I find out what (if any) break fees apply.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi ELM327,

thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

We are very sorry to hear that this has been your experience and that you have not received a call back.

To request statements for your mortgage account we would recommend that you call our Mortgage Team on 016113333 and one of our advisors will be more than happy to issue this to you.

In regard to the fixed rate term and break fees this would depend on the terms and conditions within the Mortgage Agreement. As this is account specific please be assured that one of our Mortgage Specialists will be happy to review and discuss this with you.

Our Mortgage Team is available to take calls from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks Jen

    Thanks,
I called the team and they are sending me out a statement.
They gave a figure for  the break fee but would not send it to me in writing. Is this the policy or should I try calling again?

    Hi ELM327,

Thanks for coming back to us here. The figure for the break out fee can change daily and for this reason it would not be best practice for this to be issued in writing as by the time the letter is received this figure can have changed. This figure can be provided over the phone at any time.

I hope this helps clarify matters for you.

    Thanks Jen
