IABA boxing clubs - Limerick Vs Cork??

IABA normally have clubs in each county. In terms of standard and turning out good boxers, or just general reputation - are specific clubs around Limerick and Cork - and how would they compare to one another. Which city would have a stronger scene/reputation for amateur boxing?
