    Any gyms that consistently enter fighters in to pro mma shows;

    And/or compete in national class BJJ competitions.

    Between these two cities - do they both have clubs that meet this criteria?

    I'm a Cork/Limerick blank slate - educate me.

    In Cork, MMA Cork has a handful of pro fighters. Samson MMA has some as well though I'm not sure how active those fighters are at the moment. There are a couple of MMA gyms in Limerick but none with currently active pro fighters that I'm aware of.

    Cork has about 5 active BJJ gyms and the Irish National Open is co-run by a Cork gym. Limerick has one BJJ gym that I can think of, it would be the same standard as the better Cork gyms.
