Mortgage fixed renewal issue

My 3 year fix rate ended in July. Wife and I choose a 5 year fixed rate. Noticed charges were different this month. So I rang mortgage team and they said we apparently ticked the 10 year fix term?? and this cannot be changed? Can you advise on this please!

We're sorry that our colleagues in our Mortgage centre were unable to assist you. As they were not able to amend the mortgage agreement, the best thing to do would be to have a complaints investigator review this matter for you.
