Tax back - form12

    Does anyone know - if applying for tax back and filling the form12 - Can I include receipts for treatment in other EU country? For example: receipt for surgery, receipt for counselling. If so, should I translate receipt into English language and give price in euro?

    All under health exps. With regard to counselling, i think you need to have been referred for this by a GP in order to be eligible to claim for it. Could be wrong though, and am open to correction

    you don't have to distinguish them separately.

    If they are GP they are GP

    If they are out patience ...they are out patience etc
