Bailey isn't a particularly nice person, but for me, it's the faceless judges who make incredible compo awards to pure chancers, spoofers and con-men who are the real villains here - they're the ones who I would refuse to serve.

For what I say you could have an even bigger lawsuit on your hands that she would win.

As for the question I see the OP wanted some traffic. There are people far worse then her who will take you to court. As someone says it more the lawyers judges and insurance companies I have more of an issue then Ms. Bailey
