Career changes? How many have you had?

    I heard on the radio the other day that the average person will change their career 5-7 times during their working life.

    It seems mad, but I guess not all that far fetched.

    After college in my 20s, I probably changed careers at least 4 times with different jobs.

    I then settled in one sector over the past 15 years, but am looking to make a massive (and hopefully final) career change to a totally different area.

    So, how many career changes have you made?
    Have you stayed relatively in the same industry as you started or made any crazy leaps?

    I was in the same field, or sector, for my full working life. It changed massively over that time but was the same function.
