Lost and Found - Found bikelock Phoenix Park 2nd August

    Found bikelock today 2nd August in the Phoenix Park. Saw the cyclist but was unable to catch up.

    I would have left it there, or resting/hanging on something as the cyclist will likely retrace their steps. Its not like you found a wallet, few people would have use for a presumably locked lock with no key -so would not nick it.

    Last thing I found was a athletic top on the road, probably a cyclist's, so I tied it to a railing at the traffic lights beside it where anybody stopped would see it. It was not obvious what it was when tied up. Was gone a few days later, I hope to the owner.
