Slight very low noise from the gearbox area

I have a slight very low noise from the gearbox area that disappears when I press in the clutch. I have it ever since I had an uprated clutch added, I presumed it was just something related to the new clutch and nothing to bother about.
From a quick google it shows pilot bearing.
I was contemplating putting in a uprated lightened flywheel in but if this needs to be changed, it would be the excuse I need to upgrade it.

Well if you are planning on upgrading the Flywheel in any case...then it's not a big deal to replace both the pilot bushing / bearing and the thrust release bearing while you are at it.....the gearbox has to come out anyway. The pressure plate and disc may be Ok, as you mention that they are fairly new, but that will depend on the new flywheel....it may need it's own pressure plate and disc.
